Il est plus que temps d\u2019aboutir effectivement quand le  mouvement syndical revendique une telle \u00e9galit\u00e9 depuis 120 ans !<br><br> C\u2019est pourquoi, lors de la pr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019index \u00e9galit\u00e9 le 22  novembre 2018, en pr\u00e9sence de son Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral et de sa Secr\u00e9taire  Conf\u00e9d\u00e9rale en charge de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes\/hommes, FO a salu\u00e9 cette  initiative en faveur de laquelle elle s\u2019est investie. Toutefois, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration a \u00e9galement \u00e9mis des r\u00e9serves sur certaines  zones d\u2019ombres, notamment concernant le risque d\u2019invisibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une  partie des \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations d\u00fb \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de calcul retenue.<br><br> Au moment de la publication des d\u00e9crets, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un courrier sign\u00e9  notamment par FO, la ministre du travail a accept\u00e9 d\u2019organiser des  multilat\u00e9rales en amont de la mise en \u0153uvre puis pour faire un premier  bilan. Ces r\u00e9unions ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 permis d\u2019\u00e9laborer une Foire Aux Questions sur l\u2019outil destin\u00e9e aux entreprises et aux  repr\u00e9sentants du personnel.<br><br> 80% des 700 premi\u00e8res notes publi\u00e9es sont sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 75\/100. Pour FO,  ces r\u00e9sultats ne sont pas coh\u00e9rents avec l\u2019\u00e9cart (d\u00e9sormais reconnu par  tous) de -25% entre la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des femmes et celle des hommes. Ce  qui confirme nos craintes d\u2019invisibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9carts pourtant bien r\u00e9els.<br><br> Pour Force Ouvri\u00e8re, l\u2019index \u00e9galit\u00e9 est un premier pas.
