{"id":137,"date":"2015-12-01T00:38:09","date_gmt":"2015-11-30T23:38:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=137"},"modified":"2023-04-15T20:32:57","modified_gmt":"2023-04-15T19:32:57","slug":"negociations-contrat-de-generation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=137","title":{"rendered":"[N\u00e9gociations] Contrat de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le vendredi 27 novembre 2015, FO a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation sur le contrat de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res revendications de FO sont<\/p>\n<p>Pour les jeunes (- de 26 ans, &#8211; de 30 ans pour les doctorants, &#8211; de 30 ans pour les travailleurs handicap\u00e9s)<br \/>\n&#8211; Accueil chaque ann\u00e9e au moins 5% de l&rsquo;effectif en stagiaires et alternants.<br \/>\n&#8211; Embaucher en CDI au moins 50 % de ces jeunes \u00e0 l?issue de leur formation.<br \/>\n&#8211; Aide \u00e0 l?installation d?un jeune (garant et caution).<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 % des r\u00e9f\u00e9rents sont des salari\u00e9s \u00ab m\u00e9tiers \u00bb.<br \/>\n&#8211; 25 % des r\u00e9f\u00e9rents sont des salari\u00e9s s\u00e9niors.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les s\u00e9niors (50 ans et plus)<br \/>\n&#8211; En dehors des d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite, conserver au moins 80% de la population s\u00e9nior d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e sur l?autre.<br \/>\n&#8211; Objectifs (\u00e0 3 ans) : 6 % de l&rsquo;effectif fin 2016, 8 % de l&rsquo;effectif fin 2017, 10 % de l&rsquo;effectif fin 2018<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9loignement : Sauf accord \u00e9crit du salari\u00e9 s\u00e9nior, pas de mission impos\u00e9e au-del\u00e0 de 50km et 1h30 de l&rsquo;agence de rattachement du salari\u00e9 s\u00e9nior. Le refus n&rsquo;est pas un motif de sanction.<br \/>\n&#8211; Heures suppl\u00e9mentaires : Sauf accord \u00e9crit du salari\u00e9 s\u00e9nior, limitation au recours aux heures suppl\u00e9mentaires pour le salari\u00e9 s\u00e9nior (max 50% de contingent d&rsquo;heures suppl\u00e9mentaires de la cat\u00e9gorie). Le refus de faire des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires au-del\u00e0 de cette limite n&rsquo;est pas un motif de sanction.<br \/>\n&#8211; Travail du dimanche : Sauf accord \u00e9crit du salari\u00e9 s\u00e9nior, pas de travail le dimanche. Le refus de travailler le dimanche n&rsquo;est pas un motif de sanction.<br \/>\n&#8211; T\u00e9l\u00e9travail : Favoriser le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail en \u00e9tudiant toute demande \u00e9crite en ce sens du salari\u00e9 s\u00e9nior.
