handicap :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Plan d&#8217;embauche :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recrutement de salari\u00e9s en structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recrutement de salari\u00e9s m\u00e9tiers \u00e0 Bac+2, Bac+3 et Bac+4 avec un plan de formation pour permettre \u00e0 ses personnes d\u2019attendre le niveau Bac+5 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Taux d&#8217;emploi :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La part des travailleurs reconnus en qualit\u00e9 de travailleurs handicap\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019effectif total du groupe \u00e0 2 % au plus tard 3 ans apr\u00e8s la signature de l\u2019accord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Plan de formation et maintien des comp\u00e9tences :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Formation pour les salari\u00e9s en situation de handicap afin d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences (si le salari\u00e9 d\u00e9cide \/ accepte d&rsquo;utiliser son CPF, abondement de l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 hauteur de 50% des heures ou somme consacr\u00e9e)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Formation d&rsquo;une demi-journ\u00e9e de tous les managers et de tous les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel sur l&rsquo;accompagnement des salari\u00e9s en situation de handicap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bilan de comp\u00e9tences :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au retour d&rsquo;un long maladie ou lorsque le salari\u00e9 quitte l&rsquo;entreprise, bilan de comp\u00e9tences financ\u00e9 par l&rsquo;entreprise<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
