Aucun travaux n&rsquo;est pr\u00e9vu pour rendre accessible les locaux de Bordeaux, d&rsquo;Echirolle et de Mandelieu. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>FO<\/em><\/strong> est tr\u00e8s \u00e9tonn\u00e9 que les locaux de Bordeaux et de Mandelieu, acquis plut\u00f4t r\u00e9cemment, ne pr\u00e9sentent pas l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pr\u00e9vue par la loi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Tous les locaux pr\u00e9sentant les conditions indispensables de d\u00e9placement (ascenseur, rampe, toilette \u2026)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>[Direction] Les nouveaux locaux auront les conditions indispensables de d\u00e9placement.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>FO <\/em><\/strong>esp\u00e8re que la Direction respectera sa parole et la loi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Campagne de recrutement, embauche de travailleurs<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>FO<\/em><\/strong> ne voit aucune action pr\u00e9vue sur ces th\u00e9matiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Am\u00e9nagement du travail (temps partiel, horaire individualis\u00e9, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, poste de travail)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>[Direction] L&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement est possible. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">La direction ne prend malheureusement pas d&rsquo;engagement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 6% des salari\u00e9s travailleurs handicap\u00e9s en 2017<br \/>\nSi le taux est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2% \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, allocation d\u2019un budget de 200 000 euros pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante afin de recourir \u00e0 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s employant des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s. Le choix des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9tant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on paritaire.<\/p>\n<p>Si le taux est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 4% \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, allocation d\u2019un budget de 100 000 euros pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante afin de recourir \u00e0 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s employant des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s.
