Apr\u00e8s avoir pris connaissance du projet d\u2019accord, le bureau conf\u00e9d\u00e9ral de FO r\u00e9uni l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, a convenu de donner l\u2019accord pour la signature du projet d\u2019ANI.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En septembre, les partenaires sociaux avaient convenu d\u2019ouvrir de nouvelles n\u00e9gociations nationales interprofessionnelles dans la perspective de moderniser l\u2019ANI de 2005 sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Les n\u00e9gociations ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 mardi 3 novembre dans un contexte particulier puisque le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail exceptionnel est de nouveau subi pour une grande majorit\u00e9 des travailleurs. Cette situation ne doit pas occulter la r\u00e9glementation et l\u2019encadrement d\u2019un t\u00e9l\u00e9travail en temps ordinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La n\u00e9gociation sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail s\u2019est achev\u00e9e vendredi 26 novembre en fin de matin\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s une ultime s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociation, dont FO avait annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019elle serait d\u00e9terminante selon les r\u00e9ponses apport\u00e9es \u00e0 ses revendications, dont les derni\u00e8res formul\u00e9es sur le droit syndical et sur celles relatives \u00e0 la prise en charge des frais en circonstances exceptionnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bureau conf\u00e9d\u00e9ral r\u00e9uni cet apr\u00e8s-midi, apr\u00e8s avoir pris connaissance du projet d\u2019accord et des analyses sur les points principaux sur lesquels s\u2019est mobilis\u00e9e la conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration avec sa d\u00e9l\u00e9gation (B\u00e9atrice Clicq \u2013 Secr\u00e9taire conf\u00e9d\u00e9rale ; S\u00e9bastien Busiris \u2013 Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la FEC FO ; Eric Peres \u2013 Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral FO Cadres), et en ayant d\u00e9battu, a convenu de donner l\u2019accord pour la signature du projet d\u2019ANI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La n\u00e9gociation doit maintenant se poursuivre dans les branches et les entreprises.
