{"id":263,"date":"2015-07-03T10:50:55","date_gmt":"2015-07-03T09:50:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=263"},"modified":"2023-04-15T20:31:31","modified_gmt":"2023-04-15T19:31:31","slug":"negociations-rentree-scolaire-handicap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=263","title":{"rendered":"[N\u00e9gociations] Rentr\u00e9e scolaire, handicap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ce vendredi, une nouvelle r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociations s&rsquo;est tenue avec les OS (CFTC, FO et SI).<\/p>\n<p>Concernant la journ\u00e9e de Solidarit\u00e9, <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>la Direction ne fera pas de nouvelles propositions et un PV de d\u00e9saccord devrait \u00eatre propos\u00e9<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant la rentr\u00e9e scolaire, FO <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">demande<\/span> que la Direction revienne sur sa d\u00e9cision de supprimer le dispositif \u00ab\u00a0Rentr\u00e9e scolaire\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>=&gt; La Direction confirme sa d\u00e9cision.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Concernant la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9carts entre les femmes et les hommes (enveloppe d\u00e9di\u00e9e de 0,25% de la MS)<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">=&gt; La Direction propose une enveloppe de 0,15 % de la MS pour la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9carts.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Concernant la d\u00e9finition de crit\u00e8res objectifs et mesurables dans le cadre de l&rsquo;entretien, <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">la Direction indique que des crit\u00e8res sont pr\u00e9sents dans le mod\u00e8le et que les objectifs seront d\u00e9finis pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e N+1 au cours de l&rsquo;entretien.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FO demande que les objectifs soient \u00e9labor\u00e9s conjointement entre le salari\u00e9 et le manager charg\u00e9 de son entretien annuel. Pour cela, FO rappelle que les personnes qui font passer les entretiens doivent \u00eatre form\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Concernant le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0handicap\u00a0\u00bb, les revendications FO sont :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Tous les locaux accessibles du groupe existants et \u00e0 venir ;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> &#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Tous les locaux pr\u00e9sentant les conditions indispensables de d\u00e9placement (ascenseur, rampe, toilette \u2026) ;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> &#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Campagne de recrutement, embauche de travailleurs ;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> &#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Am\u00e9nagement du travail (temps partiel, horaire individualis\u00e9, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, poste de travail) ;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> &#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 6% des salari\u00e9s travailleurs handicap\u00e9s en 2017<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> Si le taux est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2% \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, allocation d\u2019un budget de 200 000 euros pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante afin de recourir \u00e0 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s employant des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s. Le choix des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9tant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on paritaire.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> Si le taux est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 4% \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, allocation d\u2019un budget de 100 000 euros pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante afin de recourir \u00e0 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s employant des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s. Le choix des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9tant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on paritaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour FO, toutes les ESN font miroiter des missions \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e, technologiques &#8230; Il est plus que temps que la Direction accepte des avanc\u00e9es sociales pour ses salari\u00e9s en signant des accords d&rsquo;entreprises.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Ce vendredi, une nouvelle r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociations s&rsquo;est tenue avec les OS (CFTC, FO et SI).
