{"id":2826,"date":"2020-11-18T09:04:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-18T08:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=2826"},"modified":"2023-04-15T21:23:24","modified_gmt":"2023-04-15T20:23:24","slug":"astek-negociations-moyens-de-la-commission-sante-securite-et-conditions-de-travail-cssct","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=2826","title":{"rendered":"Moyens de la Commission Sant\u00e9, S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et Conditions de Travail (CSSCT)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier de <em><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/span><\/strong><\/em>, la direction a refus\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier des moyens pour la commission Sant\u00e9, S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et Conditions de Travail (CSSCT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Constatant que les seuls moyens inscrits dans la loi sans tr\u00e8s insuffisant pour permettre un fonctionnement optimal de la pr\u00e9vention de la sant\u00e9, <em><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/span><\/strong><\/em> a demand\u00e9 la r\u00e9ouverture de la n\u00e9gociation sur les moyens de cette commissions et a fait les revendications suivantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Local<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 local SSCT par zone d\u00e9finie ci-dessous (moyens par local : 1 bureau, 1 armoire, 2 fauteuils, 1 t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u2026)\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>R\u00e9union<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1&nbsp;r\u00e9union&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;minima&nbsp;par&nbsp;trimestre (non prise sur les heures de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation), en jvr\/avr\/juil\/oct (1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;semaine du mois).&nbsp;<\/li><li>La dur\u00e9e de la r\u00e9union ne doit pas \u00eatre limit\u00e9e en temps afin de pouvoir aborder tous les sujets pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 l\u2019ODJ. Si n\u00e9cessaire, une r\u00e9union de continuit\u00e9 devra \u00eatre programm\u00e9e sous 8 jours maximum si l\u2019ODJ n\u2019a pu \u00eatre \u00e9puis\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 jour de pr\u00e9pa \/r\u00e9union trimestrielle&nbsp;<\/li><li>Seuls les \u00e9lus au poste de titulaire participent \u00e0 la r\u00e9union. Pour une zone donn\u00e9e, un suppl\u00e9ant peut \u00eatre titularis\u00e9 en lieu et place d&rsquo;un titulaire absent.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Visite de sites clients<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les visites de sites clients en vue d\u2019\u00e9tablir les plans de pr\u00e9vention sont hors temps de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Nombre de postes<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Effectif
