{"id":3133,"date":"2021-09-23T13:46:05","date_gmt":"2021-09-23T12:46:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=3133"},"modified":"2023-04-21T11:31:18","modified_gmt":"2023-04-21T10:31:18","slug":"astek-negociations-de-laccord-temps-de-travail-clap-de-fin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=3133","title":{"rendered":"N\u00e9gociations Temps de travail &#8211; Clap de fin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> prend note avec regret du choix de la direction de cl\u00f4turer la n\u00e9gociation sur le temps de travail qu&rsquo;elle avait pourtant ouverte en urgence il y a seulement quelques mois suite au rappel \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre de diff\u00e9rentes inspections du travail sur le suivi du temps de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conscient de l&rsquo;importance de se conformer aux obligations l\u00e9gales et du besoin d&rsquo;harmonisation et de clarification des modalit\u00e9s de temps de travail, <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a fait de nombreuses revendications structurantes pour le bien de l&rsquo;entreprise et de ses salari\u00e9s et mais \u00e9galement afin d&rsquo;accompagner ses \u00e9volutions futures de d\u00e9veloppement (notamment en termes d&rsquo;effectifs et d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de nouvelles entreprises).<br><br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><em>FO<\/em><\/mark><\/strong> note que l&rsquo;entreprise ne se consid\u00e8re pas \u00e0 ce jour assez mature \u00e0 ce sujet du fait du co\u00fbt financier que ces \u00e9volutions pourraient repr\u00e9senter. Cette vision strictement financi\u00e8re \u00e0 court-terme est en d\u00e9calage avec les attentes de la jeunesse d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui qui r\u00e9clament notamment un meilleur \u00e9quilibre vie personnelle-vie professionnelle.<br><br><em><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/strong><\/em> regrette que l&#8217;emprunt de 200 M\u20ac lev\u00e9 par l&rsquo;entreprise ne soit pas investi en partie pour am\u00e9liorer la structuration de l&rsquo;entreprise et les conditions de travail de ses salari\u00e9s. Le PDG (J.
