Soc. 8 avril 2021, n\u00b019-15.432) a jug\u00e9 que, si l\u2019employeur peut modifier les objectifs annuels dans le cadre de son pouvoir de direction, il lui appartient cependant de le faire en d\u00e9but d\u2019exercice, et non en cours d\u2019ex\u00e9cution alors qu\u2019il prend connaissance de leur niveau d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, ni \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019exercice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Cour de cassation a donc confirm\u00e9 l\u2019arr\u00eat de la Cour d\u2019appel, et retenu que l\u2019employeur ne pouvait pas, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019exercice, unilat\u00e9ralement, modifier le mode de calcul convenu de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, ni r\u00e9duire le montant de la prime.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>la Cour de cassation (Cass.
