A quoi cela sert ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><\/p><cite><em>Un accord d\u2019entreprise est un texte n\u00e9goci\u00e9 et sign\u00e9 entre la direction et les repr\u00e9sentants des organisations syndicales encadrant le fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise et d\u00e9finissant de nouveaux droits et devoirs des salari\u00e9s. Un accord d\u2019entreprise fait office de \u00ab loi \u00bb et s\u2019ap\u0002plique aux salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise suivants les dispositions pr\u00e9vues sans qu\u2019il soit possible d\u2019y d\u00e9roger.<br>Chaque ann\u00e9e et de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, des r\u00e9unions de n\u00e9gociations obligatoires sont organi\u0002s\u00e9es, entre la direction de l\u2019entreprise et les repr\u00e9sentants des organisations syndicales, dans l\u2019objectif de signer de nouveaux accords, sur des th\u00e8mes pr\u00e9vus par le Code du Travail. Cer\u0002tains accords auront une validit\u00e9 d\u2019un an (ex : salaires), d\u2019autres une validit\u00e9 sur plu\u0002sieurs ann\u00e9es (ex : participation aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u2026).
