Celles-ci peuvent d\u00e9signer la loi applicable \u00e0 la totalit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 une partie seulement de leur contrat. Selon l\u2019article 6 de ladite convention, le choix de la loi applicable par les parties \u00e0 un contrat de travail ne peut avoir pour effet de priver le travailleur de la protection que lui assurent les dispositions imp\u00e9ratives de la loi qui lui serait applicable, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de choix, en vertu du paragraphe 2 du m\u00eame texte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9termination du caract\u00e8re plus favorable d\u2019une loi doit r\u00e9sulter d\u2019une appr\u00e9ciation globale des dispositions de cette loi ayant le m\u00eame objet ou se rapportant \u00e0 la m\u00eame cause. 13. Ensuite, il r\u00e9sulte des dispositions de l\u2019article 3-3 de la Convention de Rome du 19 juin 1980 sur la loi applicable aux obligations contractuelles que les dispositions imp\u00e9ratives d\u2019une loi sont celles auxquelles cette loi ne permet pas de d\u00e9roger par contrat. Il ne peut \u00eatre d\u00e9rog\u00e9 par contrat aux dispositions de la loi fran\u00e7aise en mati\u00e8re de rupture du contrat de travail&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cass.
