La direction a demand\u00e9 aux syndicats de valider ce projet avec leur f\u00e9d\u00e9ration nationale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici les principaux retours&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au global, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Services <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> constate que la plus grande partie des \u00ab&nbsp;engagements&nbsp;\u00bb ne visent que des versements financiers destin\u00e9s \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e0 tout prix&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 rendre attractif la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans le cadre de l&#8217;embauche (primes \u00e0 l&#8217;embauche), voire \u00e0 compenser financi\u00e8rement les baisses de productivit\u00e9 pour parvenir \u00e0 un maintien dans l&#8217;emploi et ce, sans obligatoirement passer par les acteurs traditionnels (MDPH, M\u00e9decin du travail, CPAM&#8230;) quitte \u00e0 ce que les actions propos\u00e9es puissent \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9es de discrimination positive.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conclusion de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Services <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> est&nbsp;que le projet d\u2019accord n\u00e9cessite encore un travail important de n\u00e9gociation et ne peut \u00eatre sign\u00e9 en l\u2019\u00e9tat. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019\u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociation <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> constate que la version du projet d\u2019accord a \u00e9volu\u00e9 positivement sur certains sujets au fil des r\u00e9unions de n\u00e9gociation, les diff\u00e9rents retours faits par la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration et leur conclusion confortent l\u2019\u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociation<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> <strong><em>FO<\/em><\/strong><\/mark> sur sa vision des sujets \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer dans le but d\u2019arriver \u00e0 un accord en faveur d\u2019une politique handicap ambitieuse et engageante au sein de l\u2019entreprise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociation <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> constate toujours que certains \u00e9tablissements ne permettent pas une circulation facile dans les locaux ou ne disposent pas \u00e0 ce jour de sanitaires accessibles aux personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite ou d\u00e9ficientes visuelles. Ces situations vont donc \u00e0 l\u2019encontre d\u2019un positionnement inclusif de l\u2019entreprise vis-\u00e0-vis de la diversit\u00e9 des travailleurs et des travailleurs ainsi que des candidates et des candidats. Dans le cadre du projet d\u2019accord, l\u2019entreprise ne prend \u00e0 ce jour malheureusement aucun engagement concret, planifi\u00e9 et chiffr\u00e9 de mise en conformit\u00e9 et d\u2019am\u00e9nagement des locaux avant l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de l\u2019accord.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre des n\u00e9gociations, la section syndicale <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> est, comme depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, un acteur du dialogue social engag\u00e9 et moteur dans le but de faire progresser l\u2019entreprise dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Apr\u00e8s une nouvelle s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociations, la direction souhaite savoir si les organisations syndicales signeraient le projet dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tat actuel.
