Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un <strong>entretien sp\u00e9cifiquement consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019analyse des perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle du salari\u00e9 notamment en termes de qualification et d\u2019emploi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet <strong>entretien professionnel<\/strong> n\u2019est pas de m\u00eame nature que l\u2019<strong>entretien annuel d\u2019\u00e9valuation <\/strong>existant dans certaines entreprises et dont le dessein est avant tout de faire le bilan du travail du salari\u00e9 et d\u00e9finir des objectifs et des perspectives pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de l\u2019<strong>entretien professionnel<\/strong>, l\u2019employeur doit <strong>informer le salari\u00e9<\/strong> sur&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La <strong>validation des acquis de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience professionnelle<\/strong> (VAE)&nbsp;;<\/li><li>L&rsquo;<strong>activation du compte personnel de formation<\/strong> (CPF) et des <strong>possibilit\u00e9s de financement par l&#8217;employeur<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019<strong>entretien professionnel<\/strong> doit <strong>donner lieu \u00e0<\/strong> la r\u00e9daction d\u2019<strong>un document \u00e9crit dont une copie est remise au salari\u00e9<\/strong>. Ce compte rendu doit \u00eatre <strong>totalement distinct de celui de l\u2019entretien annuel d\u2019\u00e9valuation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, il faut noter que l\u2019<strong>entretien professionnel<\/strong> doit \u00eatre propos\u00e9 <strong>syst\u00e9matiquement au salari\u00e9 qui reprend son activit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019issue<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>D\u2019un cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9,<\/li><li>D\u2019un cong\u00e9 parental d\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 temps plein ou partiel,<\/li><li>D\u2019un cong\u00e9 de proche aidant,<\/li><li>D\u2019un cong\u00e9 d\u2019adoption,<\/li><li>D\u2019un cong\u00e9 sabbatique,<\/li><li>D\u2019une p\u00e9riode de mobilit\u00e9 volontaire s\u00e9curis\u00e9e dans les entreprises d\u2019au moins 300 salari\u00e9s,<\/li><li>D\u2019une p\u00e9riode d\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e0 temps partiel apr\u00e8s un cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 ou d\u2019adoption ;<\/li><li>D\u2019un arr\u00eat longue maladie de plus de 6 mois,<\/li><li>D\u2019un mandat syndical.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tous les six ans<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong>entretien professionnel<\/strong> fait un <strong>\u00e9tat des lieux r\u00e9capitulatif du parcours professionnel<\/strong> du salari\u00e9. Les points <strong>obligatoirement<\/strong> abord\u00e9s au cours de l\u2019<strong>entretien professionnel<\/strong> concernent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>L\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle du salari\u00e9<\/strong>, notamment en termes de qualification et d\u2019emploi ;<\/li><li><strong>Les questions relatives au suivi des actions de formation<\/strong>, de certification et de progression salariale ou professionnelle du salari\u00e9 ;<\/li><li><strong>L\u2019\u00e9valuation de son employabilit\u00e9<\/strong> ;<\/li><li><strong>La r\u00e9flexion sur l\u2019avenir du salari\u00e9<\/strong>, le poste occup\u00e9 et son projet professionnel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concr\u00e8tement, <strong>l\u2019employeur doit s\u2019assurer que le salari\u00e9 a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9<\/strong> au cours des six derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es d\u2019un <strong>entretien professionnel<\/strong> <strong>tous les deux ans<\/strong> et <strong>si n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019entretiens pr\u00e9vus au retour de certaines absences<\/strong>. Par ailleurs, <strong>il doit s\u2019assurer que le salari\u00e9<\/strong> au cours de ces six ann\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>A suivi au moins une action de formation<\/strong> ;<\/li><li><strong>A acquis des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de certification<\/strong> ;<\/li><li><strong>A b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une progression salariale ou professionnelle<\/strong> :<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;&nbsp;La progression salariale d\u2019un salari\u00e9 s\u2019appr\u00e9cie \u00e0 la fois au niveau individuel et\/ou au niveau collectif,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-La progression professionnelle comprend la progression \u00ab\u00a0verticale\u00a0\u00bb, au niveau des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9chelons hi\u00e9rarchiques, et la mobilit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0horizontale\u00a0\u00bb, qui consiste en une progression en termes de responsabilit\u00e9s ou en un changement de m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plusieurs sanctions sont pr\u00e9vues en cas de non-respect de ces obligations pour les entreprises de plus de 50 salari\u00e9s<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Depuis mars 2014, l\u2019employeur a l\u2019obligation de tenir \u00e0 minima tous les deux ans un entretien professionnel avec ses salari\u00e9s.
