Le DRH et le PDG refusent de n\u00e9gocier quoi que ce soit (en proposant un accord annuel sur le r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration tr\u00e8s minimaliste). Pourtant ces derniers ont trouv\u00e9 tout \u00e0 fait normal de distribuer 45 millions d&rsquo;euros aux actionnaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant, lors de la r\u00e9union d&rsquo;avril du Comit\u00e9 Social et Economique, <strong>le DRH a annonc\u00e9 fi\u00e8rement que tous les indicateurs \u00e9conomiques de l&rsquo;entreprise sont au vert<\/strong>. <strong>A la remarque d&rsquo;un \u00e9lu du CSE sur le niveau de l&rsquo;inflation et la revalorisation de l&rsquo;ensemble des salaires dans l&rsquo;entreprise, le DRH a renvoy\u00e9 le sujet \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation entre les partenaires sociaux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fin mai, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a donc adress\u00e9 le courriel suivant au DRH :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Dans le but de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9parts de l&rsquo;entreprise, le syndicat <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/strong> a revendiqu\u00e9 (entre autres) :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>1.\u00a0Une enveloppe d&rsquo;augmentation individuelle correspondant \u00e0 <strong>2,6%<\/strong> de la masse salariale<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>2.\u00a0Une enveloppe de rattrapage des salari\u00e9s non augment\u00e9s depuis 3 ans :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Pour un salaire de base inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 30 K\u20ac brut, l&rsquo;octroi d&rsquo;une prime de rattrapage de <strong>1000 \u20ac<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em>Pour un salaire de base de 30 K\u20ac \u00e0 moins de 40 K\u20ac brut, l&rsquo;octroi d&rsquo;une prime de rattrapage de <strong>750 \u20ac<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em>Pour un salaire de base de 40 K\u20ac brut \u00e0 moins de 50 K\u20ac brut, l&rsquo;octroi d&rsquo;une prime de rattrapage de <strong>500 \u20ac<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em>Pour un salaire de base de 50 K\u20ac brut, l&rsquo;octroi d&rsquo;une prime de rattrapage de <strong>250 \u20ac<\/strong><\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>3.\u00a0L&rsquo;instauration d&rsquo;une prime anciennet\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de trois ans r\u00e9volus d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 de <strong>30 \u20ac brut<\/strong> par ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>4.\u00a0Une revalorisation des frais professionnels dont<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Du titre restaurant : <strong>9,20 \u20ac<\/strong> (actuel 8,80 \u20ac)<\/em><\/li><li><em>Bar\u00e8me de remboursement kilom\u00e9trique voiture : <strong>0,55 \u20ac<\/strong> (actuel \u00e0 0,40 \u20ac)<\/em><\/li><li><em>Bar\u00e8me de remboursement du repas midi : <strong>19,40 \u20ac<\/strong> (actuel 18,10 \u20ac)<\/em><\/li><li><em>Bar\u00e8me de remboursement du repas soir : <strong>27,00 \u20ac<\/strong> (actuel 25 \u20ac)<\/em><\/li><li><em>Bar\u00e8me de remboursement Grand D\u00e9placement<\/em><ul><li><em>H\u00f4tel<\/em><ul><li><em>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 mois : <strong>78 \u20ac<\/strong>\/j en IDF, <strong>66 \u20ac<\/strong>\/j en r\u00e9gion (actuel 68,10 \u20ac IDF \/ 50,50 \u20ac r\u00e9gion)<\/em><\/li><li><em>Plus de 3 mois : <strong>68 \u20ac<\/strong>\/j en IDF, <strong>59 \u20ac<\/strong>\/j r\u00e9gion (actuel 57,90 \u20ac IDF \/ 42,90 \u20ac r\u00e9gion)<\/em><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><em>Location (> 3mois) : <strong>900 \u20ac<\/strong>\/mois en IDF, <strong>750 \u20ac<\/strong>\/mois r\u00e9gion (actuel 750\u20ac IDF \/ 600 \u20ac r\u00e9gion)<\/em><br><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/strong> <strong>ne peut <\/strong>malheureusement <strong>que constater le d\u00e9calage entre le discours tenu par la direction face au CSE et le refus de toutes les revendications lors des n\u00e9gociations <\/strong>[avec les syndicats].<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Envisagez-vous de revoir votre proposition d&rsquo;accord ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Si tel n&rsquo;est pas le cas, le syndicat <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>FO<\/strong><\/mark> ne sera pas signataire de l&rsquo;accord sur les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations.<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ce jour, le
