{"id":3594,"date":"2022-09-08T10:31:29","date_gmt":"2022-09-08T09:31:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=3594"},"modified":"2022-09-07T10:50:21","modified_gmt":"2022-09-07T09:50:21","slug":"extension-du-proche-aidant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=3594","title":{"rendered":"Extension du cong\u00e9 de proche aidant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un salari\u00e9 peut prendre un cong\u00e9 de proche aidant lorsqu\u2019un de ses proches pr\u00e9sente un handicap ou une perte d\u2019autonomie (conjoint, enfant \u00e0 charge, fr\u00e8re, s\u0153ur, ascendant, descendant, etc.) (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000041398423\/\">c. trav. art. L. 3142-16<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019origine, le cong\u00e9 ne pouvait \u00eatre demand\u00e9 que si le handicap ou la perte d\u2019autonomie du proche aid\u00e9 \u00e9tait d\u2019une \u00ab particuli\u00e8re gravit\u00e9 \u00bb.
