Droit syndical : la volont\u00e9 de brider le syndicalisme dans l&rsquo;entreprise"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un accord de droit syndical permet de d\u00e9terminer les conditions de fonctionnement du droit des syndicats dans l&rsquo;entreprise (cr\u00e9dit d&rsquo;heures, organisation des n\u00e9gociations, communication vers les salari\u00e9s &#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La direction a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent accord en 2018<\/strong> et depuis les syndicats essaient de n\u00e9gocier un nouvel accord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9chec des n\u00e9gociations en 2019 et 2021, la cuv\u00e9e 2022 est un nouveau rendez-vous manqu\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> <strong>a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 dans la dialogue<\/strong> avec la direction et a entendu plusieurs de ses remarques <strong>pour formuler des revendications \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une nouvelle fois, dans le cadre de cette n\u00e9gociation, <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a propos\u00e9 de tr\u00e8s nombreuses revendications (voir lien \u00e0 la fin) pour organiser au mieux le droit syndical en permettant \u00e0 un maximum de repr\u00e9sentants de s&rsquo;investir afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter la concentration sur quelques personnes et en demandant les moyens d&rsquo;informer les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La derni\u00e8re \u00ab\u00a0proposition\u00a0\u00bb de <strong>la direction<\/strong>, faite le 30 novembre, <strong>r\u00e9duit les moyens de fonctionnement \u00e0 peau chagrin<\/strong> (et sur certains sujets propose moins que la loi) <strong>et souhaite b\u00e2illonner la libert\u00e9 d&rsquo;expression des syndicats <\/strong>en interdisant de contacter les salari\u00e9s sur leur mail professionnel, en interdisant la publication d&rsquo;information sur des sites externes &#8230;
