Ouvrent droit \u00e0 cette prise en charge les abonnements annuels, mensuels, hebdomadaires ou \u00e0 renouvellement tacite \u00e0 nombre de voyages illimit\u00e9 \u00e9mis par la SNCF, la RATP ou toute autre entreprise de transport public et l&rsquo;abonnement \u00e0 un service public de locations de v\u00e9los. Les billets \u00e0 l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 n&rsquo;ouvrent pas droit \u00e0 la prise en charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En cas d&rsquo;absence du salari\u00e9 (maladie, cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s &#8230;)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le remboursement des frais de transport en cas suspension du contrat de travail du salari\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas abord\u00e9e par le Code du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une circulaire du minist\u00e8re du transport (circulaire du 24 d\u00e9cembre 1982, JO du 20 mai 1983) pr\u00e9cise qu&rsquo;en cas d&rsquo;absence du salari\u00e9, <strong>la prise en charge s&rsquo;effectue normalement sans abattement<\/strong>, pour les jours non travaill\u00e9s, <strong>d\u00e8s lors que le titre de transport a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 au moins une fois pour le trajet domicile-lieu de travail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si, en cas d&rsquo;abonnement mensuel, le titre de transport n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 au cours d&rsquo;un mois, il n&rsquo;y a pas de prise en charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La r\u00e8gle en cas d&rsquo;abonnement pluri-mensuel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;employeur est tenu de prendre en charge les frais de transport pour le mois au cours duquel l&rsquo;absence intervient.
