Parmi les&nbsp;<strong>revendications&nbsp;<\/strong>de&nbsp;<em><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une augmentation collective<\/strong>&nbsp;(9% pour un \u00ab salaire de base \u00bb inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 2400\u20ac brut, 6% pour un \u00ab salaire de base \u00bb entre 2400 et 3200\u20ac brut, 3% pour un \u00ab salaire de base \u00bb entre 3200 et 4000\u20ac brut &#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une prime<\/strong>&nbsp;sur les r\u00e9sultats&nbsp;<strong>de 500 \u20ac pour tous<\/strong>&nbsp;les salari\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une prime<\/strong>&nbsp;de pouvoir d&rsquo;achat en fonction du \u00ab salaire de base \u00bb (De 2500\u20ac pour les plus bas salaires \u00e0 250\u20ac pour les plus haut)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une augmentation de 100\u20ac brut par mois pour les centaines de salari\u00e9s non augment\u00e9s depuis 3 ans<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;augmentation des indemnit\u00e9s repas et kilom\u00e9triques<\/strong>&nbsp;dont le montant est bloqu\u00e9e depuis une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de cette premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union qui s&rsquo;est tenue le 2 f\u00e9vrier, la r\u00e9ponse de la direction du groupe Astek a \u00e9t\u00e9 cinglante : \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>NON<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<strong>La direction<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant toujours privil\u00e9gier des augmentations individuelles \u00e0 \u00ab la t\u00eate du client \u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8230; et laissant nombre de salari\u00e9s subir une forte \u00e9rosion de leur pouvoir d&rsquo;achat.
