{"id":3937,"date":"2023-03-09T10:37:25","date_gmt":"2023-03-09T09:37:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=3937"},"modified":"2023-04-21T10:02:31","modified_gmt":"2023-04-21T09:02:31","slug":"negociation-sur-la-journee-de-solidarite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=3937","title":{"rendered":"Astek \u2013 Journ\u00e9e de solidarit\u00e9 (2023)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La journ\u00e9e de solidarit\u00e9 est une journ\u00e9e destin\u00e9e \u00e0 financer des actions en faveur de l&rsquo;autonomie des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ou handicap\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les salari\u00e9s, cela consiste en une journ\u00e9e de travail suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les employeurs, elle se traduit par le versement de la contribution solidarit\u00e9 autonomie \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 0,3% de la masse salariale due par l&#8217;employeur (en lieu et place d\u2019une charge patronale de 25 \u00e0 42%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les jours dits de r\u00e9duction de temps de travail (RTT) existent pour ne pas d\u00e9passer le plafond maximum de jours travaill\u00e9s fix\u00e9s de la fa\u00e7on suivante dans la convention collective BETIC :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Modalit\u00e9 2 \u00ab R\u00e9alisation de mission \u00bb (forfait en heures avec un nombre maximum de jours travaill\u00e9s) : 219 jours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Modalit\u00e9 3 \u00ab R\u00e9alisation de missions avec autonomie compl\u00e8te \u00bb (forfait annuel en jours) : 218 jours incluant la journ\u00e9e de solidarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociateurs <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> propose les <strong>#revendications<\/strong> suivantes (qui n\u2019ont qu&rsquo;un tr\u00e8s faible impact \u00e9conomique pour l\u2019entreprise) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Mise en place d&rsquo;un <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">accord pendant 3 ans<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Salari\u00e9es et salari\u00e9e Non Cadre et Cadre Modalit\u00e9 sans jours de RTT : <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Journ\u00e9e de solidarit\u00e9 offerte<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Salari\u00e9es et salari\u00e9s Cadre Modalit\u00e9 avec jours de RTT : <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Prise de la journ\u00e9e de solidarit\u00e9 sur le compteur de temps disponible dit \u00ab Employeur \u00bb<\/mark>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&rsquo;une part, les RTT salari\u00e9s permettent aux salari\u00e9s de choisir librement le jour de prise du RTT. Ils ne sont donc pas impos\u00e9s par l&#8217;employeur, qui peut tout de m\u00eame refuser la pose du RTT le jour souhait\u00e9 par le salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&rsquo;autre part, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que les jours cumul\u00e9s des compteurs salari\u00e9s et \u00ab employeur \u00bb sont faits pour ne pas d\u00e9passer le plafond annuel de jours, le fait de le prendre uniquement sur le compteur employeur ne co\u00fbte rien de plus \u00e0 l\u2019employeur et cela serait un geste social \u00e0 l\u2019attention des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rendez-vous le 7 avril pour la prochaine r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>La journ\u00e9e de solidarit\u00e9 est une journ\u00e9e destin\u00e9e \u00e0 financer des actions en faveur de l&rsquo;autonomie des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ou handicap\u00e9es.
