Dans celui-ci, elle pr\u00e9voit entre autres :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans l\u2019open-space d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux managers et au recrutement des \u00e9quipes ES, 14 positions de travail soit une surface de 3,9m<sup>2<\/sup> par position de travail&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans l\u2019open-space d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux managers et au recrutement des \u00e9quipes IT, 24 positions de travail soit une surface de 5m<sup>2<\/sup> par position de travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout comme pour les locaux de Clermont-Ferrand, de Lyon et de Rennes, l\u2019\u00e9quipe <em><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/strong><\/em> a fait des propositions sous la forme de plan d\u00e9taill\u00e9 pour le projet d\u2019am\u00e9nagement des locaux de Bordeaux. Les propositions de <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> ont notamment pour but d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail en r\u00e9duisant la densification des open-spaces o\u00f9 vont travailler les managers et le recrutement (par exemple&nbsp;: surface par poste de travail de +18% pour les \u00e9quipes ES ; surface par poste de travail de +33% pour les \u00e9quipes IT) pour \u00e9viter des risques de troubles musculosquelettiques, de chutes, de nuisance sonore&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malgr\u00e9 les propositions pertinentes de <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong>, la direction n\u2019a pas voulu modifier le moindre point impactant les conditions de travail dans son projet&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> regrette la position rigide de la direction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>La direction a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au Comit\u00e9 Social et Economique un projet d&rsquo;agrandissement de ses locaux bordelais.
