Dans le cadre de la n\u00e9gociation du protocole d\u2019accord pr\u00e9\u00e9lectoral (PAP), l\u2019employeur doit communiquer aux syndicats les informations leur permettant de contr\u00f4ler les effectifs de l\u2019entreprise et la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des listes \u00e9lectorales. La Cour de cassation vient de rappeler que, sans transmission de ces informations, la n\u00e9gociation est d\u00e9loyale et le PAP risque l\u2019annulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
