{"id":4390,"date":"2023-04-17T08:05:28","date_gmt":"2023-04-17T07:05:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=4390"},"modified":"2023-04-21T10:00:32","modified_gmt":"2023-04-21T09:00:32","slug":"teletravail-chez-astek-la-negociation-dun-avenant-biaisee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=4390","title":{"rendered":"Astek &#8211; T\u00e9l\u00e9travail (2023) : la \u00ab\u00a0n\u00e9gociation\u00a0\u00bb biais\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a fortement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en place de l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Accord_Teletravail_20190328_Anonymise.pdf\">accord t\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/a> dans l&rsquo;entreprise en mars 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a quelques semaines, la direction a contact\u00e9 les organisations syndicales dans le but de n\u00e9gocier un avenant \u00e0 l&rsquo;accord t\u00e9l\u00e9travail pour permettre le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e0 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> n&rsquo;est pas oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la demande de la direction en adaptant les dispositions de l&rsquo;accord T\u00e9l\u00e9travail pour permettre un t\u00e9l\u00e9travail de plus de trois jours hebdomadaires. Cependant, <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a la volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;accord apr\u00e8s 4 ans d&rsquo;existence et demande plusieurs \u00e9volutions notables dans ses <a href=\"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/20230329_RevendicationsFO_AvenantTeletravail_v2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">revendications <\/a>telles que :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La simplification administrative tant pour la personne demandeuse que pour les services supports,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des moyens pour r\u00e9aliser le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail dans de bonnes conditions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;adaptation de l&rsquo;outil de saisie d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 afin que toutes les demandes soient renseign\u00e9es et automatiquement indemnis\u00e9es,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail par demi-journ\u00e9e,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une revalorisation de l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 journali\u00e8re,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A notre grand regret, la \u00ab\u00a0n\u00e9gociation\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> sur cet avenant <strong>a \u00e9t\u00e9 inexistante malgr\u00e9 3 r\u00e9unions o\u00f9 nous n&rsquo;avons eu de cesse d&rsquo;expliquer nos revendications ! <\/strong>Toutes nos demandes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9es &#8230; sans m\u00eame avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es ! <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> n&rsquo;a constat\u00e9 aucune volont\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier de la part de la direction qui est seulement int\u00e9ress\u00e9e pour la suppression des r\u00e8gles actuelles encadrant la possibilit\u00e9 du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e0 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> note la multiplication des r\u00e9unions dites de n\u00e9gociation (ce qui n&rsquo;est en rien gage de qualit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;un v\u00e9ritable dialogue social), <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> regrette de constater la d\u00e9gradation tr\u00e8s nette des n\u00e9gociations : faible qualit\u00e9 ou absence d&rsquo;informations, rare prise en compte des revendications, r\u00e9unions qui tournent en rond &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark> <\/em><\/strong>reste toujours ouvert pour des (v\u00e9ritables) n\u00e9gociations et a toujours su prendre en compte les discussions mais ne sera pas signataire d&rsquo;une proposition unilat\u00e9rale et r\u00e9ductrice de la direction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>FO a fortement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en place de l&rsquo;accord t\u00e9l\u00e9travail dans l&rsquo;entreprise en mars 2019.
