les salaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a rappel\u00e9 ses <a href=\"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/20230301_RevendicationsFO_RemunerationValeurAjoutee2023_v2.pdf\">revendications<\/a> sur les salaires, sur le temps de travail et le partage de la valeur ajout\u00e9e en esp\u00e9rant sinc\u00e8rement que l&#8217;employeur prendrait en compte la situation actuelle de hausse de nombreux co\u00fbts (alimentation, \u00e9nergie, transport &#8230;) et les \u00ab\u00a0bons\u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;entreprise pour faire des gestes \u00e0 l&rsquo;attention de ses salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi-avril, la direction a adress\u00e9 aux organisations syndicales sa proposition d&rsquo;accord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> regrette de constater que l&#8217;employeur a refus\u00e9 toutes les revendications, pr\u00e9f\u00e8re une augmentation individualis\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00eate du client et r\u00e9it\u00e8re sa position  confirmant que le pouvoir d&rsquo;achat n&rsquo;est pas sa priorit\u00e9 (voir notre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente communication <a href=\"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Tract-FO-75-Astek-Le-commerce-inequitable-VF.pdf\">#75 Astek : Le commerce in\u00e9quitable<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> regrette \u00e9galement de constater une tr\u00e8s nette d\u00e9gradation des n\u00e9gociations :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faible qualit\u00e9 ou absence d&rsquo;informations n\u00e9cessaires pour formuler des revendications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rare prise en compte des revendications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9unions qui tournent en rond \u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> reste toujours ouvert pour des (v\u00e9ritables) n\u00e9gociations dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des salari\u00e9s mais ne peut signer une proposition d&rsquo;accord oubliant de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9compenser les salari\u00e9s de structure, une majorit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s m\u00e9tiers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revaloriser les frais professionnels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partager les profits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant ce temps o\u00f9 les salari\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise sont impact\u00e9s par l&rsquo;inflation, le PDG passe des vacances au Moyen-Orient !<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large
