{"id":4525,"date":"2023-05-11T12:05:07","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T11:05:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=4525"},"modified":"2023-07-18T11:01:46","modified_gmt":"2023-07-18T10:01:46","slug":"extension-ues-representants-de-proximite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=4525","title":{"rendered":"ASTEK : Extension UES, repr\u00e9sentants de proximit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vos \u00e9lus <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative de la demande d&rsquo;extension de l&rsquo;UES (1) et sont moteur sur la n\u00e9gociation d&rsquo;un accord d&rsquo;extension pour inclure plusieurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du groupe dont leurs salari\u00e9s ne sont actuellement pas repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par le Comit\u00e9 Social et \u00c9conomique du groupe astek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En m\u00eame temps, vos repr\u00e9sentants syndicaux n\u00e9gocient la mise en place de repr\u00e9sentants de proximit\u00e9 qui seront des relais locaux du CSE \u00e0 la suite des prochaines \u00e9lections professionnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(1) UES (ou Unit\u00e9 \u00c9conomique et Sociale) : Regroupement en une unit\u00e9 de plusieurs entreprises juridiquement distinctes pr\u00e9sentant des liens \u00e9troits : activit\u00e9s communes ou compl\u00e9mentaires, unit\u00e9 de direction, communaut\u00e9 de travailleurs ayant des int\u00e9r\u00eats communs.
