Ce principe vient d\u2019\u00eatre rappel\u00e9 par la Cour de cassation dans une affaire o\u00f9 le salari\u00e9 avait re\u00e7u son plan de commissionnement en anglais, qui \u00e9tait la langue de travail utilis\u00e9e dans l\u2019entreprise (Cass. soc. 7 juin 2023, n\u00b0 21-20322 D &#8211; 2e moyen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour de cassation confirme sa propre jurisprudence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 estim\u00e9 que les documents fixant les objectifs n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la d\u00e9termination de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable du salari\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9dig\u00e9s en fran\u00e7ais, peu important que l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise ait un caract\u00e8re international (cass. soc. 3 mai 2018, n\u00b0 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/rfsocial.grouperf.com\/lien_spad\/?base=JURI&amp;orig=REVUE_RF_FH&amp;juridiction=CASS&amp;chambre=SOC.&amp;numero=16-13736&amp;sp=\/juri\/inca\/global\/sociale\/JURI\/TEXT\/00\/00\/36\/90\/03\/JURITEXT000036900344.xml&amp;date=2018-05-03\" target=\"_blank\">16-13736<\/a> D).
