Cette indemnit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9e de deux fa\u00e7ons\u00a0:<br>&#8211; [R\u00e8gle du 10\u00e8me] L\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s est \u00e9gale au dixi\u00e8me\u00a0de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration brute totale\u00a0per\u00e7ue par le salari\u00e9 au cours de de l\u2019ann\u00e9e de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e9coul\u00e9e (1er juin &#8211; 31 mai),<br>&#8211;\u00a0[R\u00e8gle du maintien de salaire] L\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de\u00a0cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s\u00a0est\u00a0\u00e9gale \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration que le salari\u00e9 aurait per\u00e7ue s&rsquo;il avait continu\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler.<br>C&rsquo;est le montant le plus avantageux pour le salari\u00e9 qui est pay\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la suite du changement de logiciel de paie au 1er janvier 2024, <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a d\u00e9couvert une erreur dans le paiement des jours de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s et de compte \u00e9pargne temps (CET). Seule la r\u00e8gle du maintien de salaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e par l&#8217;employeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a donc questionn\u00e9 l\u2019employeur qui a indiqu\u00e9 appliquer correctement les dispositions l\u00e9gales.<br>Fort de ses analyses sur la situation, <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a insist\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019employeur.<br>Au final, des r\u00e9gularisations doivent \u00eatre faites prochainement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous avez des questions ?
