{"id":5328,"date":"2024-10-29T11:45:45","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T10:45:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=5328"},"modified":"2025-01-08T14:59:06","modified_gmt":"2025-01-08T13:59:06","slug":"astek-le-cabinet-cateis-rend-un-rapport-inquietant-sur-les-risques-psychosociaux-concernant-les-representants-du-personnel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=5328","title":{"rendered":"[Astek] Le cabinet CATEIS rend un rapport inqui\u00e9tant sur les risques psychosociaux concernant les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le 3 octobre, lors d&rsquo;une r\u00e9union extraordinaire du CSE, le cabinet CATEIS a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son rapport sur les risques psychosociaux concernant les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour rappel, en 2019, trois repr\u00e9sentants du personnel (Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric, Pascal, Smriti) au CHSCT Sud-Est ont vot\u00e9 le recours \u00e0 une expertise sur les risques psychosociaux concernant les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s 3 ans de batailles judiciaires men\u00e9es par l&#8217;employeur, l&rsquo;expertise a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 par la justice et a pu se d\u00e9rouler non sans difficult\u00e9. Les CHSCT ayant disparu, le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de l\u2019\u00e9tude a donc concern\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble des repr\u00e9sentants du personnel au niveau national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le cabinet CATEIS, des agissements graves et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, et notamment des faits de harc\u00e8lement envers les \u00e9lus, se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s au sein de l\u2019entreprise entre 2015 et 2019 et continueraient de persister, ce que conteste farouchement la Direction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Direction affirme qu\u2019il n\u2019y a plus de tensions et qu\u2019il y&nbsp; a pas d\u2019agissements \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des repr\u00e9sentants du personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant, de nouveaux repr\u00e9sentants du personnel (la plupart repr\u00e9sentants du syndicat <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong>) subissent des agissements inadmissibles comme des managers qui leur demandent de d\u00e9missionner de leur mandat s\u2019ils veulent une mission ou de ne plus prendre leurs heures de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation, de ne plus venir en r\u00e9union et privil\u00e9gier la mission client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant en 2022, le syndicat <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 attaqu\u00e9 en justice pat l\u2019employeur pour faire d\u00e9m\u00e9nager le local syndical <strong><em>FO<\/em><\/strong> en dehors des locaux de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, des courriers et courriels de syndicats restent sans r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant, depuis deux ans, le fonctionnement du comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise (CSE) se d\u00e9grade avec de plus en plus de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 obtenir de l\u2019information.
