{"id":5344,"date":"2024-11-09T23:56:12","date_gmt":"2024-11-09T22:56:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=5344"},"modified":"2024-11-09T23:56:14","modified_gmt":"2024-11-09T22:56:14","slug":"egalite-de-remuneration-entre-les-femmes-et-les-hommes-une-obligation-en-suspend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=5344","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9galit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes et les hommes : une obligation en suspend !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A partir du 8 novembre 2024, &#8211; date th\u00e9orique \u00e0 laquelle les femmes devraient<br>s\u2019arr\u00eater de travailler, leur taux horaire brut restant inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des hommes<br>(calcul bas\u00e9 sur les donn\u00e9es d\u2019Eurostat) &#8211; les femmes travaillent gratuitement !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cause, l\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en \u00e9quivalent temps plein en France qui est<br>toujours de 13,9% (contre 12,7% pour la moyenne europ\u00e9enne), et ce sans compter<br>les impacts du temps partiel qui creusent fortement ces \u00e9carts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, l\u2019obligation d\u2019une \u00e9galit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pour un travail de valeur \u00e9gale<br>date de 1972 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018, l\u2019index \u00e9galit\u00e9 \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme la solution. Mais le bilan r\u00e9cent du<br>Haut Conseil \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes a confirm\u00e9 les analyses faites<br>par Force Ouvri\u00e8re depuis 5 ans d\u00e9non\u00e7ant ses biais et lacunes. Sans compter que<br>seules 1% des entreprises sont assujetties \u00e0 cet outil (soit seulement 26% des<br>salari\u00e9s), et que 93% des entreprises n\u2019encourent aucune sanction car elles ont une<br>note sup\u00e9rieure au 75\/100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la conf\u00e9rence sociale du 16 octobre 2023, la Premi\u00e8re ministre avait annonc\u00e9<br>la refonte de l\u2019index. Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union avec les interlocuteurs sociaux le<br>21 mars 2024, la dissolution de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale a stopp\u00e9 net les concertations.<br>Pour FO, il est plus que temps de se remettre au travail, avec un calendrier r\u00e9aliste<br>permettant la r\u00e9vision de l\u2019index et la transposition de la directive europ\u00e9enne dite<br>\u00ab transparence salariale \u00bb !
