L&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale est un droit fondamental inscrit dans la loi depuis 1972, mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 montre que les femmes repr\u00e9sentent pr\u00e8s de 80% des temps partiels. Elles continuent de percevoir des salaires de 23,5% inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux des hommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9cart de salaire entre les femmes et les hommes est une discrimination flagrante qui p\u00e9nalise non seulement les femmes, mais \u00e9galement la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans son ensemble. Pour m\u00e9moire, le respect de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration apporterait 5,5 milliards de cotisations suppl\u00e9mentaires !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est urgent de prendre des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour y rem\u00e9dier ! Afin de s&rsquo;attaquer \u00e0 ces in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re proactive et syst\u00e9matique, <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> propose d\u2019utiliser la s\u00e9quence initialement pr\u00e9vue pour les enjeux environnementaux : \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9viter, r\u00e9duire, compenser\u00a0\u00bb !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c9viter les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s salariales :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Garantie de salaires \u00e9gaux d\u00e8s l&#8217;embauche en privil\u00e9giant le CDI \u00e0 temps plein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attribution \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e des promotions respectant la r\u00e9partition F\/H Transposition de la directive europ\u00e9enne pour la transparence salariale au sein des entreprises et r\u00e9vision de l\u2019index \u00e9galit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9duire les \u00e9carts existants :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9vision des grilles salariales et des politiques de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9elle libert\u00e9 d\u2019articulation des temps de vie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un cong\u00e9 parental mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 et plus souple et \u00e0 des modes de garde en nombre suffisant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conditionnalit\u00e9 des aides publiques aux entreprises et renforcement des contr\u00f4les et des sanctions afin de garantir l\u2019application stricte des lois sur<br>l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compenser les injustices pr\u00e9sentes et pass\u00e9es<\/strong> avec des mesures sp\u00e9cifiques pour am\u00e9liorer les retraites des femmes aux carri\u00e8res hach\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prise en charge par les employeurs des cotisations \u00e0 taux plein lors de temps partiels subis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attribution de trimestres suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les p\u00e9riodes non travaill\u00e9es li\u00e9es \u00e0 la parentalit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019aidance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revalorisation des pensions pour les femmes ayant eu des carri\u00e8res hach\u00e9es, afin de compenser les \u00e9carts et garantir une retraite d\u00e9cente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Au-del\u00e0 du 8 mars, FO se bat tous les jours pour les droits de toutes les femmes !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
