Dans un arr\u00eat du 21 janvier 2025 concernant l’affaire \u00ab France Telecom \u00bb, la chambre criminelle de la Cour de cassation reconna\u00eet pour le condamner le harc\u00e8lement moral institutionnel. Ainsi, des dirigeants ont pu \u00eatre sanctionn\u00e9s au p\u00e9nal pour avoir commis un harc\u00e8lement r\u00e9sultant de la politique de l\u2019entreprise conduisant, en toute connaissance de cause, \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation des conditions de travail des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
