Celui-ci n&rsquo;a jamais r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong>. Agac\u00e9e, la direction des ressources humaines s&rsquo;est sentie oblig\u00e9e d&rsquo;organiser une nouvelle r\u00e9union \u00e0 laquelle \u00e0 participer exceptionnellement le DRH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9union s&rsquo;est \u00e0 nouveau sold\u00e9e par un constat du m\u00e9pris des organisations syndicales et des dispositions l\u00e9gales. <strong>Le DRH passant le plus clair de son temps \u00e0 regarder sur son ordinateur portable et \u00e0 tapoter sur son clavier. Les rares fois o\u00f9 celui-ci a daign\u00e9 s&rsquo;int\u00e9resser au sujet ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pour dire :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>On a rien demand\u00e9. C&rsquo;est une obligation l\u00e9gale de faire cette n\u00e9gociation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le choix de la direction est de ne pas aller sur une augmentation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etant donn\u00e9 que les d\u00e9parts vont \u00eatre moindre cette ann\u00e9e, il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de mettre en place une enveloppe plus importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00e9vu de mettre en place de nouveaux avantages sociaux pour les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour le DRH, la loi et les obligations l\u00e9gales semblent \u00eatre une contrainte dont il aimerait bien se passer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au final, la direction n&rsquo;a rien chang\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 sa 1\u00e8re position (d&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;absence de n\u00e9gociations) : une enveloppe d\u00e9di\u00e9e de 1% de la masse salarial qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera qu&rsquo;\u00e0 quelques centaines de salari\u00e9s sur les milliers que compte l&rsquo;entreprise !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes les autres revendications pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tout bonnement ignor\u00e9es par la direction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Face \u00e0 l&rsquo;absence de r\u00e9elles n\u00e9gociations, FO a adress\u00e9 un courriel au PDG pour s&rsquo;insurger de cette situation.
