L\u2019expert mandat\u00e9 a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son rapport et plusieurs\u00a0constats sont apparus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour les salari\u00e9s m\u00e9tiers <\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; <strong>Crit\u00e8res d\u2019affectation sur une mission <\/strong>= ils ne sont <strong>pas clairs pour 40 % des salari\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Impact sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie et les conditions de travail <\/strong>= L\u2019intermission a un impact <strong>n\u00e9gatif pour 46\u00a0% <\/strong>des\u00a0salari\u00e9s (<strong>50\u00a0%\u00a0<\/strong>pour ceux avec une anciennet\u00e9 de 2 \u00e0 10 ans et <strong>61 % <\/strong>pour\u00a0ceux \u00e0 partir de 11 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique <\/strong>= Pour\u00a0<strong>71\u00a0% <\/strong>des salari\u00e9s<strong>, il n\u2019est pas normal d\u2019accepter une mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique<\/strong> pour sortir de\u00a0l\u2019intermission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Mission en d\u00e9calage avec ses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences techniques <\/strong>(ex :\u00a0activit\u00e9s, technologie) = <strong>62\u00a0% <\/strong>des salari\u00e9s <strong>ne sont pas d\u2019accord d\u2019accepter une mission en d\u00e9calage<\/strong> pour sortir de\u00a0l\u2019intermission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Mission en d\u00e9calage avec ses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de cadre de\u00a0travail <\/strong>(ex : localisation, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, type d\u2019entreprise \u2026) = <strong>52\u00a0%\u00a0<\/strong>des\u00a0salari\u00e9s <strong>ne sont pas d\u2019accord de se voir proposer une\u00a0mission en d\u00e9calage <\/strong>pour sortir de l\u2019intermission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Consid\u00e9ration de l\u2019employeur <\/strong>= <strong>42\u00a0%\u00a0<\/strong>des\u00a0salari\u00e9s <strong>se sentent moins bien consid\u00e9r\u00e9s <\/strong>lors de l\u2019intermission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Relation avec la hi\u00e9rarchie <\/strong>= <strong>40\u00a0%\u00a0<\/strong>des\u00a0salari\u00e9s <strong>vivent des relations plus tendues <\/strong>lors de l\u2019intermission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Cong\u00e9s impos\u00e9s <\/strong>= <strong>50\u00a0%\u00a0<\/strong>des\u00a0salari\u00e9s <strong>se sont vus impos\u00e9s des\u00a0cong\u00e9s <\/strong>lors de l\u2019intermission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour les salari\u00e9s business managers <\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Temps de coordination entre \u00e9quipes internes pour\u00a0accompagner l\u2019affectation des\u00a0salari\u00e9s sur les missions <\/strong>= <strong>24\u00a0% <\/strong>des business managers estiment que <strong>le temps de\u00a0coordination <\/strong>entre \u00e9quipes internes<strong> n\u2019est pas assez important voire inexistant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Temps pour accompagner les\u00a0salari\u00e9s en intermission <\/strong>= <strong>39\u00a0% <\/strong>des business managers <strong>estiment ne pas avoir assez de\u00a0temps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong>, ces constats doivent nourrir un travail de r\u00e9flexion de\u00a0l\u2019employeur afin d\u2019apporter une am\u00e9lioration significative aux\u00a0situations remont\u00e9es pour le bien-\u00eatre et la sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Le CSE a organis\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate concernant la th\u00e9matique \u00ab\u00a0Intermission\u00a0\u00bb.
