l\u2019adoption de la loi Travail par le recours, une nouvelle fois, \u00e0 l\u2019article 49.3 de la constitution permettant de passer outre le d\u00e9bat et le vote de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e nationale.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><em>FO<\/em><\/span><\/strong> estime, qui plus est, que le contexte li\u00e9 aux attentats et le d\u00e9bat en cours au parlement sur la prolongation de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019urgence auraient d\u00fb amener le gouvernement, par souci de respect d\u00e9mocratique, \u00e0 suspendre le processus d\u2019adoption de ce projet qui bouleverse l\u2019architecture de la n\u00e9gociation collective \u00e9tablie de longue date \u2013 en supprimant notamment le principe de faveur instaur\u00e9 par le Front populaire en 1936, et qui comporte des dispositions portant atteinte aux droits des salari\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de salaire, de licenciement ou encore de m\u00e9decine du travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><em>FO<\/em><\/span><\/strong> affirme que ce projet de loi est et demeurera entach\u00e9 de son caract\u00e8re antid\u00e9mocratique.<\/p>\n<p>Il a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le gouvernement en violation de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&amp;idArticle=LEGIARTI000017961623&amp;dateTexte=&amp;categorieLien=cid\">article 1 du code du travail<\/a> l\u2019obligeant \u00e0 soumettre un tel projet \u00e0 une concertation et \u00e0 une \u00e9ventuelle n\u00e9gociation des interlocuteurs sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Il aura fallu aussi que les conf\u00e9d\u00e9rations syndicales interviennent pour que la libert\u00e9 de manifester soit respect\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que ce conflit dure depuis le mois d\u2019avril, le gouvernement est rest\u00e9 syst\u00e9matiquement sourd \u00e0 plusieurs propositions faites par <strong><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><em>FO<\/em><\/span><\/strong> qui pouvaient permettre \u00ab\u00a0une sortie par le haut\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Seule la tr\u00e8s forte mobilisation, qui a vu des centaines de milliers de salari\u00e9s manifester \u00e0 plusieurs reprises au cours de ces derniers mois malgr\u00e9 le contexte li\u00e9 aux attentats et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019urgence, a contraint le gouvernement \u00e0 quelques reculs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><em>FO<\/em><\/span><\/strong> r\u00e9affirme en cons\u00e9quence sa d\u00e9termination \u00e0 combattre ce projet afin de r\u00e9tablir les droits de la n\u00e9gociation collective et le
