juin, <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a pu constater que les conditions de travail des coll\u00e8gues intervenant au sein du d\u00e9partement ARN (au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l\u2019ancien accueil et de l\u2019espace restauration) ne sont pas bonnes et peuvent \u00eatre source de risques TMS, de chutes et de blessures !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi dans les deux open spaces, <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a constat\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un espace est insuffisant voire tr\u00e8s insuffisant (\u00e0 peine 1m par endroit) entre les cloisons (mur) et les bureaux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex \u00e0 son poste de travail tout en autorisant un espace de passage pour \u00e9viter les coups (dans le dos des fauteuils et les pieds et donc des personnes) et les chutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul dans les pieds sous le poste de travail et\/ou le passage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;absence de rehausseur pour les ordinateurs portables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un espace de travail r\u00e9duit sur les bureaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En mars 2025, les repr\u00e9sentants de proximit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion Ile-De-France ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 interpell\u00e9 le repr\u00e9sentant de l&#8217;employeur en charges des relations sociales sur certaines situations de travail. Malheureusement, ils n&rsquo;ont pas eu de r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;alerter le PDG (Julien GAVALDON) sur la situation et a demand\u00e9 des mesures urgentes correctrices.
