pour diff\u00e9rentes entraves au fonctionnement du CSE :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Absence de consultation de l&rsquo;acquisition de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 INEAT (2020)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travaux engag\u00e9s pour le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement de l&rsquo;agence de Nantes avant la fin de la consultation du CSE (2021)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absence de consultation du changement de m\u00e9decine du travail en 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019organisation, la pr\u00e9paration et le d\u00e9roulement des r\u00e9unions du CSE ainsi que l\u2019exercice r\u00e9gulier des mandats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">D\u00e9cisions<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Condamne <\/strong>in solidum les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s composant l\u2019UES Astek, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (groupe) Astek SA, la<br>soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Astek Technology, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Astek Projets et offres, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Astek SA, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Catep<br>conseil, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Semantys \u00e0 payer au CSE de l\u2019UES Astek la somme de 15 000 euros \u00e0 titre de<br>dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats, pour atteinte par l\u2019employeur \u00e0 ses attributions en mati\u00e8re d\u2019information<br>consultation, avec int\u00e9r\u00eats au taux l\u00e9gal \u00e0 compter de la pr\u00e9sente
