C\u2019est deux points de moins que la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. En 2025, les pr\u00e9visions quant \u00e0 la baisse des recrutements de cadres d\u00e9butants (-16 %) risque de renforcer encore ces difficult\u00e9s. Face \u00e0 un march\u00e9 satur\u00e9 et \u00e0 la raret\u00e9 des postes, les jeunes entrants dans la vie active acceptent d\u00e9sormais des conditions qu\u2019ils auraient refus\u00e9es quelques ann\u00e9es plus t\u00f4t.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une insertion ralentie par la contraction du march\u00e9 cadre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s trois ann\u00e9es de croissance, le march\u00e9 s\u2019est brutalement retourn\u00e9 : les recrutements de cadres ont recul\u00e9 de 8 % en 2024, puis devraient chuter \u00e0 nouveau en 2025. Cette situation p\u00e8se directement sur les primo-acc\u00e9dants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9carts entre disciplines persistent : les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s en sciences, technologies et sant\u00e9 affichent le meilleur taux d\u2019emploi (76 %), tandis que ceux en lettres, langues et arts peinent \u00e0 atteindre 59 %. Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9coles de commerce et de gestion enregistrent aussi un net repli (66 %, \u2013 4 points). L\u2019effet \u201ctremplin\u201d du dipl\u00f4me s\u2019amenuise : pour les jeunes ing\u00e9nieurs ou managers, la p\u00e9riode d\u2019attente avant le premier emploi&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/corporate.apec.fr\/files\/live\/sites\/corporate\/files\/Nos%20etudes\/PDF\/Jeunes%20diplome.es%20d'un%20bac%20%2b5%2c%20une%20insertion%20plus%20difficile%20et%20au%20prix%20de%20concessions%20importantes.pdf#page=5\">d\u00e9passe d\u00e9sormais six mois pour pr\u00e8s de 4 sur 10<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une recherche d\u2019emploi plus longue et plus \u00e9prouvante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour 84 % des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s 2024 interrog\u00e9s,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/corporate.apec.fr\/files\/live\/sites\/corporate\/files\/Nos%20etudes\/PDF\/Jeunes%20diplome.es%20d'un%20bac%20%2b5%2c%20une%20insertion%20plus%20difficile%20et%20au%20prix%20de%20concessions%20importantes.pdf#page=5\">la recherche d\u2019un premier emploi a \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile<\/a>&nbsp;\u2014 ils n\u2019\u00e9taient que 61 % dans cette situation deux ans plus t\u00f4t.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus d\u2019un jeune sur deux (57 %) a d\u00fb envoyer plus de trente candidatures avant d\u2019\u00eatre recrut\u00e9, contre 31 % pour la promotion 2022. Ces d\u00e9marches prolong\u00e9es s\u2019expliquent autant par la baisse du nombre d\u2019offres que par la concurrence des promotions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. M\u00eame les ing\u00e9nieurs et dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de masters en informatique, d\u2019ordinaire favoris\u00e9s, ressentent l\u2019impact du ralentissement.<br>Le manque d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle est cit\u00e9 comme premier frein (79 %), suivi du manque d\u2019offres dans leur domaine (54 %).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019emploi avant tout, quitte \u00e0 renoncer \u00e0 ses exigences<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La priorit\u00e9 est d\u00e9sormais claire : d\u00e9crocher un contrat, quel qu\u2019il soit. Si 78 % des jeunes attachent une grande importance au CDI,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/corporate.apec.fr\/files\/live\/sites\/corporate\/files\/Nos%20etudes\/PDF\/Jeunes%20diplome.es%20d'un%20bac%20%2b5%2c%20une%20insertion%20plus%20difficile%20et%20au%20prix%20de%20concessions%20importantes.pdf#page=8\">70 % se disent pr\u00eats \u00e0 y renoncer<\/a>&nbsp;pour obtenir un premier poste ; 59 % accepteraient un salaire inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 leurs attentes et 51 % un emploi hors statut cadre.<br>Un quart des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s qualifient m\u00eame leur poste de&nbsp;<em>\u201cjob alimentaire\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;(+ 7 points depuis 2022).
