responsabilit\u00e9 du Directeur des Ressources Humaines) a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux syndicats le projet d&rsquo;avenant du DRH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> fait le constat que toutes les revendications des syndicats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la proposition, il n&rsquo;y a rien pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;accord : aucune revalorisation de l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, aucune prise en charge de frais d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, aucune action pour faire en sorte que les managers suivent syst\u00e9matiquement les processus d\u00e9finis, aucune action pour respecter la fourniture des informations pr\u00e9vues aux syndicats \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet propos\u00e9 est r\u00e9dig\u00e9 uniquement avec les points sur lesquels la direction souhaite se simplifier la vie. <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> n&rsquo;est pas ferm\u00e9 \u00e0 discuter de ces sujets mais refuse que la n\u00e9gociation soit \u00e0 sens unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong>, la direction n&rsquo;a aucunement envie d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;accord pour l&rsquo;adapter aux changements depuis la signature en 2019 et surtout aux constats de dysfonctionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> trouve que l&rsquo;attitude de la direction est d\u00e9loyale et m\u00e9prisante
