La direction a contest\u00e9 le bien fond\u00e9 de ce droit d&rsquo;alerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce mercredi 3 d\u00e9cembre, <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent au tribunal de Nanterre pour soutenir l\u2019avocat du CSE dans sa d\u00e9marche pour faire reconna\u00eetre le bien fond\u00e9 d&rsquo;un droit d&rsquo;alerte \u00e9conomique et de la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;une expertise par un cabinet ind\u00e9pendant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9cision est attendue le 16 d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> esp\u00e8re que le tribunal donnera raison au CSE en lui permettant de r\u00e9aliser une expertise sur la situation \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Pour rappel, le CSE (dont FO fait parti) a vot\u00e9 un droit d&rsquo;alerte \u00e9conomique en mai 2025.
