The Conversation s\u2019est pench\u00e9 sur la question.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une fragilisation qui d\u00e9passe la question g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les jeunes actifs peuvent \u00eatre confront\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 des parcours, \u00e0 la pression d\u2019int\u00e9gration et aux exigences de performance rapide. Les salari\u00e9s plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, quant \u00e0 eux, doivent composer avec l\u2019intensification du travail, les transformations num\u00e9riques, les r\u00e9organisations successives et l\u2019allongement des carri\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces r\u00e9alit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes convergent vers un constat commun : la sant\u00e9 mentale se d\u00e9grade lorsque la charge devient constante, que les marges de man\u0153uvre se r\u00e9duisent et que les exigences d\u2019adaptation s\u2019accumulent. Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne n\u2019est donc pas uniquement g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel ; il renvoie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution globale des conditions de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Passer de la r\u00e9action \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019article insiste sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de passer \u00ab d\u2019une logique de r\u00e9action \u00e0 une logique de pr\u00e9vention \u00bb. En pratique, les entreprises interviennent encore majoritairement lorsque la situation est d\u00e9j\u00e0 alt\u00e9r\u00e9e : arr\u00eats de travail, \u00e9puisement professionnel, tensions collectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9vention implique une approche plus structurelle : \u00e9valuation de la charge r\u00e9elle de travail, clarification des responsabilit\u00e9s, organisation des temps de repos, r\u00e9gulation collective, qualit\u00e9 du dialogue social. Elle suppose d\u2019agir en amont plut\u00f4t que de g\u00e9rer les cons\u00e9quences individuelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un indicateur de l\u2019organisation du travail<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sant\u00e9 mentale ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite \u00e0 une fragilit\u00e9 personnelle. Elle constitue un indicateur du fonctionnement organisationnel : rythmes impos\u00e9s, exigences de disponibilit\u00e9, transformations rapides, injonctions contradictoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez les cadres, l\u2019articulation entre responsabilit\u00e9s, autonomie attendue et pression de r\u00e9sultats rend ces questions particuli\u00e8rement sensibles. Ainsi, 63 % d&rsquo;entre eux d\u00e9clarent penser \u00e0 trop de choses en m\u00eame temps et 76 % travaillent au moins parfois sur leur temps libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une approche globale n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sant\u00e9 mentale ne rel\u00e8ve ni d\u2019une seule responsabilit\u00e9 individuelle ni d\u2019un simple accompagnement ponctuel.
