{"id":6260,"date":"2026-04-23T17:11:45","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T16:11:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=6260"},"modified":"2026-04-24T09:15:41","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T08:15:41","slug":"astek-handicap-negociation-de-la-prolongation-de-laccord-existant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/?p=6260","title":{"rendered":"[Astek] Handicap &#8211; N\u00e9gociation de la prolongation de l&rsquo;accord existant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative d&rsquo;un travail cons\u00e9quent pour aboutir \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction et \u00e0 la signature d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/foastek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/20240315_Accord_Handicap_Anonymise.pdf\">accord Handicap<\/a> en 2024 au sein du groupe Astek. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;accord se terminant fin 2026, la direction a demand\u00e9 aux syndicats de n\u00e9gocier une prolongation de celui-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au bout de 2 ans de mise en oeuvre de l&rsquo;accord, <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> a constat\u00e9 certains manques et\/ou biais de l&rsquo;accord existant.
