Telle est la position que vient d\u2019adopter la Cour de cassation dans un arr\u00eat du 3 juin 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re fois que la Cour de cassation se prononce ainsi s&rsquo;agissant de la protection de la grossesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 reconnu qu\u2019un licenciement, m\u00eame fond\u00e9 pour partie sur un motif portant atteinte \u00e0 un droit ou \u00e0 une libert\u00e9 fondamentale, \u00e9tait nul.
