En effet, les 38,2 jours ouvr\u00e9s restant repr\u00e9sentent la diff\u00e9rence de salaire entre les femmes et les hommes.<\/p>\n<p>Ces collectifs appellent \u00e0 multiplier les \u00e9v\u00e9nements et manifestations pour faire de l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale une probl\u00e9matique politique centrale.<\/p>\n<p>Pour <strong>Force Ouvri\u00e8re<\/strong>, l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 est un principe r\u00e9publicain qui doit \u00eatre respect\u00e9 et appliqu\u00e9. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle le 3\u00a0novembre dernier, Force Ouvri\u00e8re organisait une fois de plus une journ\u00e9e d\u2019information et de d\u00e9bat avec ses r\u00e9f\u00e9rent(e)s \u00e9galit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour <strong>Force Ouvri\u00e8re<\/strong>, il ne peut y avoir d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale qu\u2019en luttant contre toutes les causes d\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.
