La r\u00e9ponse a malheureusement \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s dure : la direction a rejet\u00e9 en bloc les sujets \u00ab Ligne Rouge \u00bb port\u00e9s par le syndicat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notre objectif<\/strong> est pourtant clair : <strong>am\u00e9liorer nettement l\u2019accord actuel<\/strong>, qui arrive \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2026, <strong>en obtenant de nouvelles avanc\u00e9es pour les conditions d\u2019emploi des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s et pour leur protection contre le licenciement<\/strong> dans le futur accord 2027-2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de la r\u00e9union du 29 octobre, <strong>la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de nos revendications ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 <\/strong>\u00e0 nouveau <strong>\u00e9cart\u00e9e<\/strong>, <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FO<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> <strong>a indiqu\u00e9<\/strong> \u00e0 la direction <strong>qu\u2019en l\u2019\u00e9tat, elle ne signerait pas le projet d\u2019accord propos\u00e9<\/strong>.
