Mais ceux-ci ont pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 ne pas tenir compte des rappels \u00e0 la loi (*). Il a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de saisir la justice qui a confirm\u00e9 le 12 juin dernier l&rsquo;irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de la cr\u00e9ation de cette section syndicale et de la nomination de M. ENRICO en tant que son repr\u00e9sentant (RSS). Le syndicat D&amp;P et M. But they preferred to not take into account the legal reminders. It was therefore necessary to bring the matter before the court, which confirmed on 12 June, the irregularity of the creation of this union and the appointment of Mr Enrico as its representative.
