L&rsquo;effectif des syndiqu\u00e9s est ridicule, les syndicats ne sont pas repr\u00e9sentatifs \u2026\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Qui n&rsquo;a pas entendu ce type de discours ?<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1366396321197_4710\"><span id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1366396321197_4709\">Par ailleurs, il est commun d&rsquo;entendre les patrons, les politiciens plaider en faveur de syndicats forts et repr\u00e9sentatifs\u2026 quand, dans le m\u00eame temps, ils font tout pour qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait pas de syndicats dans leur entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1368393909023_73621\"><span id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1368393909023_73620\"><span id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1368393909023_73619\">Pourtant la situation des salari\u00e9s est de plus en plus difficile : remise en cause des services publics, des statuts et des conventions collectives, des acquis et droits sociaux, perte de pouvoir d&rsquo;achat, non respect des droits des salari\u00e9s, conditions de travail de plus en plus d\u00e9grad\u00e9es, multiplication des licenciements, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1368393909023_73319\"><strong id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1368393909023_73318\"><span id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1368393909023_73317\">Celles et ceux qui pr\u00f4nent l&rsquo;individualisme ou le chacun-pour soi confondent volontairement lib\u00e9ralisme et libert\u00e9. Le lib\u00e9ralisme \u00e9conomique, c&rsquo;est la loi du plus fort.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1366470930589_14782\">La libert\u00e9, elle, ne se con\u00e7oit que reli\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la fraternit\u00e9, dans notre R\u00e9publique .<\/p>\n<p>Pour que la libert\u00e9 ait un sens, il est indispensable que les garanties et droits collectifs soient effectivement reconnus.<\/p>\n<p>Cela suppose, pour les salari\u00e9s, le droit fondamental de pouvoir s&rsquo;unir pour \u00eatre plus forts et se faire respecter.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est le r\u00f4le du syndicalisme tel que le con\u00e7oit Force Ouvri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est la raison m\u00eame de son ind\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard des partis politiques, des gouvernements et des religions.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1366470930589_14754\"><strong><span id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1366470930589_14753\">Pour FO, un seul objectif : d\u00e9fendre et repr\u00e9senter les int\u00e9r\u00eats individuels et collectifs des salari\u00e9s, \u00e0 tous les niveaux, \u00e0 commencer par l&rsquo;entreprise ou l&rsquo;administration<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1368393909023_73345\"><span id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1368393909023_73344\">C&rsquo;est par l&rsquo;action, la revendication, la n\u00e9gociation que l&rsquo;on fait avancer les choses, pour tous et pour chacun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tout simplement, mais en toute libert\u00e9 et en toute ind\u00e9pendance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>La question de la syndicalisation est r\u00e9currente dans le monde salarial : \u201cSe syndiquer, \u00e0 quoi \u00e7a sert ?\u2026 Les syndicats c&rsquo;est ringard !
